Roller straightener for ribbed wire

The ESM - Roller straightener is an advanced system for straightening and/or stretching wire, one of the latest developments by Cometo for the treatment of warm formed rebar, with diameters from 6 to 20 mm.

Designed especially for ribbed wire used in the construction industry, the ESM straightener is equipped with 110 mm rollers and can be provided with digital position indicators. It can store up to 100 recipes which includes the positioning of each roller, percentage wire stretching and related tolerance. Each function can be modified during operation and automatically stored in the program in use.
