Automatic heat treatment station for superalloys springs

Made-up of high temperature furnace (max 1200° C) and automatic or manual loading / unloading equipment, the ST.SA station is designed to perform heat treatment on super alloy springs. 

This type of equipment designed by Agibi Progetti allows the fully automatic management of heating and cooling steps.

The spring holder equipment and chamber size can be built according to the customer’s needs.
