Hot setting line for springs heat treatment

The FNV-B+PCS+VSA+ROBOT line is designed for the heat treatment of springs that need hot setting, cooling by extinguishing fluid and subsequent drying (eg. valve springs). 

The spring handling unit is composed of stainless steel chains with interchangeable crossbars and spring-holder supports. The number of springs for each crossbar can change according to the customer’s needs.

The FNV-B+PCS+VSA+ROBOT lines, as well as all other Agibi furnaces, are equipped with a multilayer high efficiency insulation.

Spring loading and unloading operations are performed by the robot.
