Chain calibrating machine - MCC series

Milani Srl MCC series machines are used for testing and calibration of the ring chains, both odd and even upon customer requests.

The calibration takes place through a mechanical arm, which is activated by a pneumatic / hydraulic cylinder according to the required force to be used.

Displayed load cell that allows to check the force applied to the chain in each cycle, stopping the machine in case of non-compliant welding.

This machines offers the optional to be able to print on the chain traceability codes.
