Multi-blanking lines for simultaneous cutting into longitudinal strips
b+s Multi-Blanking Lines are designed to produce multiple blanks from a single metal strip in one continuous process. The strip is slit longitudinally into individual strands, which are then cut to length before the finished blanks are stacked.
Depending on production requirements, the lines can be equipped with fixed stop-and-go shears or flying cut-to-length shears. Each line is exclusively equipped with SCHNUTZ precision levelers, and can also integrate measuring devices, trimming shears, foiling units, scrap winders and scrap cutters.
Each line is individually configured to meet customer requirements, combining the required processing equipment and automation level. According to b+s, the systems provide high cut quality, excellent blank angularity and precise stacking, while handling the material with care throughout the process.
