Automatic hardening line for large springs

The LT-K line is made up of a furnace with horizontal chamber, a quenching tank, and a handling robot. A support sole inside the furnaces keeps the springs aligned, while interchangeable and adjustable handling forks allow for fast production changes.

The automatic hardening line for large springs is also provided with high efficiency thermal insulation and radiant armored resistors.
