Copper coated welding wires
PITTARC manufactures welding copper coated wires up to ø5 mm, cold rolled in a single pass from wire rod to finished product.
After the rolling process, the wire undergoes electrochemical pickling in order to allow fully adherent copper plating. The thickness of such coating ranges from 0.10 to 0.60 µm, and it is determined through coulometry thanks to a specific tool.
Copper coated wires can be supplied in a number of packaging solutions up to 1000 Kg so as to ensure the highest productivity.
