Cylindrical helical spiral springs

The company designs and manufactures cylindrical helical spirals in round wire from ø0.10 mm upwards. Thanks to the particular shape of the wire, spiral springs are used in multiple industrial sectors.

The materials employed comply with the standards UNI EN 10270-1, UNI EN 10270-2, and UNI EN 10270-3; however, special alloys with peculiar mechanical characteristics are available. Spirals are supplied already shaped, calibrated, and with deburred ends. The spirals can be subjected to stabilization and surface protection treatments, as well as passivation and specific treatments for particular applications.
