Electronic tension spring coilers for tension springs with English, German, Half German, tangential loops and hooks

The new series of electronic tension spring coilers has been designed for the production of tension springs with following loops: English, German, Half German, tangential loops and hooks.

The CNC system controls wire feed, coiling pin movement, wire cut-off and the loop lifting slides. Furthermore, the machines are equipped with a transfer unit which locates the springs in the center of the looping unit of the second station in order to carry out the lifting up of the second loop. The program management is made easy by means of the use of a graphic interface which enables a simple and functional communication between the machine and the operator.
