High speed extension spring forming machines TF series

Transworld Engineering distributes in the UK and Ireland the tension spring formers TF series engineered by SHINKO Machinery Co.Ltd.

These machines are provided with a three dimensional torsion attachment for accurate high-speed extension spring making.

The NF Series includes the following models:

- TF-10 S processing wire from ø 0.4 to ø 1.0mm.
- TF-23 S processing wire from ø 0.6 to ø 2.6mm.
- TF 35 S processing wire from ø 1.4 to ø 3.5mm.
- TF-45 S processing wire from ø 2.0 to ø 4.5mm.
- TF-60 S processing wire from ø 3.0 to ø 6.0mm.
