End forming unit for wire and tube

Accessory units that can be used in line with the machine or as independent units for the production of high quality end shapes, in wire or tube, with head and collar, single head or double head.

We have 3 different models:

M140 - In-line/Off-line Head and Collar End Forming Unit

It allows you to simultaneously perform head and collar forming operations on wire or tube.

It is mounted on rails for automatic operation in line with the machine, or as a standalone unit in manual mode.

The integration with the CNC bending machine is completely automatic.

Supplied complete with fixed and movable locking jaws.

Easy setup and maintenance.

The hydraulic operation gives the unit high flexibility while keeping constant quality and fast production rates.

M162 - In-line Forming Unit (Head only)

Suitable to form one head on wire or tube.

It works in-line with the machine in automatic mode.

The integration with the CNC bending machine is completely automatic.

It is supplied complete with fixed and movable locking jaws.

The hydraulic operation gives the unit high flexibility while keeping constant quality and fast production rates.

M165 - Off-Line Forming Unit (double Head)

Suitable to form a second head on wire or tube.

It works off-line in manual mode.
