Optical devices for roll setup

Manual optical device: these optical devices manufactured by Promills allow to quickly and easily setup the rolls in the rolling cassettes. A correct setup and alignment allows to reduce vibrations, with a direct impact on the final quality of the wire. It also ensures a longer roll life.

Electronic optical device: a kit consisting of an electronic microscope with focus from zero to infinite, and various adapters for the different cassettes is also available. The system is easy-to-use, extremely practical, lightweight and cheap and can be used on every cassette or micro-cassette made by Promills. The microscope is equipped with LED lights to light the area and can be connected to a PC by a simple USB port.
