Established in 1963 from the diligence and avant-garde insight of Luigi Maggi, who introduced a completely innovative multi-slide machine concept and the first 6 axes CNC wire bender on the market, OMCG is today one of the few worldwide companies able to supply a whole range of solutions for the bending and forming of metal wire, tube and strip.   We manufacture CNC bending machines to process wire from 2 to 18 mm, tube up to 16x3 mm and strip up to 14x2, as well as customized machines for special parts such as wiper arms, railway clips, muffler hangers, and more. Our solutions can also be integrated with accessory units for secondary operations (chamfering, end forming, marking, punching, coining, drilling, cutting, welding, 3D measurement, etc.).   Our bending machines, completely designed and built in Italy, satisfy the requests of the most demanding customers by producing high quality parts for the main industrial sectors: agriculture, furniture, automotive, railway, construction, appliances, retail, medical, etc.   We don’t provide our customers with quality machinery only, but we guarantee an efficient after-sales assistance including: spare parts supply, study and design of new tools, remote and on-site technical support, training courses.   OMCG machines are sold in more than 45 countries thanks to a global network of sales partners.
