METEC Southeast Asia 2025 - Metallurgical Trade Show in Bangkok

METEC Southeast Asia takes place in Bangkok, Thailand, at its 3rd edition, showcasing machinery, equipment, and innovations for casting technologies. The fair will feature foundry systems, including casting machines, pouring equipment, and moulding technologies. This edition will take place at the International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok, from September 17 to 19, 2025.

Messe Düsseldorf's "Bright World of Metals" expands to Southeast Asia

Organized by Messe Düsseldorf Asia Pte Ltd, METEC Southeast Asia is part of the globally recognized "The Bright World of Metals" series. It will run in synergy with GIFA Southeast Asia and will also be co-located with wire and Tube Southeast Asia, creating a comprehensive event for metal and metallurgy industries. This approach aims to bring together related sectors under one roof, maximizing opportunities for exhibitors and visitors to explore a wide range of innovations, technologies, and networking possibilities across casting, wire, tube, and metallurgical processes.

Comprehensive solutions for metallurgical and metal processing industries

The exhibition will feature a wide range of machinery and equipment for processing raw and prime materials, iron, and steel making, as well as non-ferrous metal production. This includes casting and pouring systems for both steel and non-ferrous metals, shaping equipment, and systems for environmental protection and gas purification. It will also showcase advanced technologies for electrical engineering, process control, measurement, testing, and information processing. Visitors will find solutions for steel mills, non-ferrous metal works, consulting, engineering, technical publications, and training related to the steel industry.

The previous edition of METEC SEA: a hub for industry innovation

From September 20-22, 2023, BITEC, Bangkok hosted GIFA and METEC Southeast Asia alongside wire and Tube Southeast Asia, focusing on metallurgy, foundry, wire, and cable sectors. The event featured 91 exhibitors from 11 countries, showcasing innovations to over 4,200 trade visitors, 25% of whom came from outside Thailand.
