On-site expertise – solutions for efficient production lines

Jacques Paraskevas (Managing Director of EJP Maschinen), Lothar Köppen (Managing Director of EJP Wire Technology) and Andreas Kreutzkamp (EJP-Tosca), together with their teams and international representatives, will showcase modern machines for the production of bars, tubes, profiles, and wire – from drawing, straightening, and peeling machines to grinding and additional production systems. They will also be available for personal consultations on retrofit solutions and the modernization of existing production lines – practical, tailored, and precisely aligned with customer requirements.

TQC straightness technology – smart data for consistent quality

EJP Maschinen will present its proven TQC straightness measurement system for round, hexagonal and other bar profiles. Integrated directly into the production line, TQC measures up to 30 bars per minute and represents the current state of the art in inline straightness control. The new highlight: based on the measurement results, the system now provides operators of the upstream straightening machine with precise adjustment recommendations to maintain or improve product straightness. In a further development step, these corrections can be implemented automatically, enabling a new level of process stability and efficiency.

Shotblasting of small components

EJP-Tosca Strahlanlagen will show its successful tumble blast shotblaster with a unique belt guiding system allowing the blasting of small components.
