A flagship product is Acti-Cel R®, a patented, acid-activated cellulose fiber filter aid. This innovative solution serves as a direct and safer replacement for diatomaceous earth (DE), effectively eliminating associated health hazards. Acti-Cel R® excels in removing metallic fines, oxides, and soaps from mineral oil or paraffin-based metalworking coolants, particularly in non-ferrous metalworking and aluminum rolling applications. Its unique mechanical and chemical processes lead to significant benefits, including a 3-25% increase in mill throughput, up to 95% reduction in waste disposal costs, and extended filter cycle times, often by 4 to 5 times compared to traditional filter aids. All components of Acti-Cel R® are FDA certified.
Diverse Filter Media and Support Services
