Specialized Products and Quality Assurance
In addition to custom solutions, Cavallero Plastics designs and manufactures a wide range of braiding and winding bobbins and spools, compatible with leading equipment brands like New England Butt, Wardwell, and Steeger. They are also the inventor and producer of Universal Roller Skids (URS1) for pipeline inspection cameras, enhancing camera functionality and protection. Quality is foundational, supported by a three-tiered system incorporating Process Capability studies, continuous product inspection, and advanced statistical process control (SPC) using SQC Pack software.
