They can produce cables from customer-supplied drawings or samples, ensuring precise adherence to requirements. Hueson's manufacturing facility includes eight extrusion lines, two planetary cablers, and ten braiders, allowing for in-house control over the entire production process. They can extrude conductors from 32 gauge to 4 gauge, with various stranding options (bare copper, tinned, precious metal plated), and utilize an assortment of insulation, filler, shielding, and jacket materials including SR-PVC, TPE, mPPE, XLPE, and Alcryn© Melt Processable Rubber. This comprehensive capability allows Hueson to serve a wide array of industries, including medical, transportation, OEMs, communications, computer, defense, and test instrument sectors.
