Products and Services
Conex Metals offers an extensive portfolio of products, primarily focused on Brass, Copper, Bronze, and Aluminium components. Their offerings include a wide array of Brass components such as fittings, fasteners (nuts, anchors, screws), cable glands, electronic hardware, and plumbing fittings. In Copper, they provide castings, busbars, cable lugs, grounding bars, and various pressed and machined parts. The Bronze range covers casting alloys, continuous and centrifugal castings, pipe fittings (elbows, tees, saddles), and electrical connectors like substation connectors and grounding accessories. Additionally, the company manufactures Aluminium CNC parts, pressed parts, mechanical connectors, and accessories for pool covers.
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
The company operates a fully integrated manufacturing unit, which includes an in-house foundry and advanced machinery for processes such as CNC turning, milling, forging, casting (sand, investment, gravity die, centrifugal, continuous), stamping, and thread rolling.
