ESPYTES manufactures a diverse range of products including studs, special bolts, special nuts, bushings, and parts with incorporated washers or Gothic arch threads. Production leverages cold forming machines with up to 6 stations, handling diameters from ø5 to ø25 mm and lengths up to 240 mm, with threads up to M27. The company works with various materials such as brass, copper, aluminium, and stainless steel, producing parts in qualities including 5.6 to 12.9. With a monthly production of 500 tonnes and an annual output of 250 million units, ESPYTES also offers advanced CNC machining for prototypes and short series, capable of producing up to 35 parts per minute.
