Group Structure and Specializations
The Fastenex Group comprises five specialized companies, each contributing unique capabilities to the collective offering. ESTAMPACIONES LAGA, founded in 1962, specializes in the production of washers and stamped parts, including custom designs and standard items (DIN, NFE) in materials like steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum. They handle exterior dimensions from 3 mm to 100 mm and thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 6 mm, serving sectors such as automotive and household appliances, and hold ISO 9002 and IATF 16949 certifications.
TORNILLERIA SEGUR, established in 1963, focuses on cold-formed screws and special fasteners, manufacturing custom parts with diameters from 4 mm to 14 mm and lengths up to 110 mm. They work with various steel grades (4.8 to 12.9), brass, copper, and stainless steel, offering diverse products like screws for rubber-metal bonding, internal threads, and specialized drives. They are ISO 9001:2008 certified.
NEW FEPA has over 60 years of experience in cold and hot forging and stamping. They produce custom parts up to 5 kg, with cold forging diameters from 5 mm to 16 mm (lengths 12 mm to 120 mm) and hot forging diameters from 5 mm to 50 mm (lengths 12 mm to 350 mm). They also offer threads from M4 to M50 in steel (grades 4.4 to 12.8), aluminum, brass, and copper for sectors like automotive, railway, and construction.
ROSMIL INDUSTRIAL is dedicated to the distribution of high-quality fasteners, complementing the manufacturing capabilities of the other group members. INDUSTRIAS URCELAY, also founded in 1962, specializes in precision machined parts. Utilizing CNC lathes and machining centers, they produce turned parts up to Ø 450 mm and 1,350 mm in length, and machining center parts up to 1,700x650x900 mm. They work with carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and various plastic materials, offering milling, cylindrical grinding, and flat grinding services.
