Advanced Fabrication Capabilities

For precision cutting, the company employs a Bystronic 4400 Watt Laser Cutting System (5'x10' with fully automated material handling) and a Messer 260 Amp Plasma system (4' Oxyfuel with Arc Writer, 10'x 50'), complemented by various saws including Promacut Cold Saw, Hemsaw Cyclone, and Ellis Model 4000. Forming operations benefit from robust machinery such as a Pullmax CNC Hydraulic Pressbrake (350 Ton x 15', 6 axis) and a Wisconsin Forcemaster Mechanical Pressbrake (225 Ton x 12'), alongside multiple plate and angle rollers, including an IMCAR Plate Roller (1/2' x 10'). Welding capabilities are comprehensive, featuring 14 GMAW, 4 GTAW, 3 Cobramatic, 2 SMAW, and 3 SAW welding stations, supported by a Nelson Stud Welder and a Miller Spotwelder. Additional services include abrasive blasting, a 20'x40' spray booth for finishing, and heavy lifting capacity with 10,000-pound overhead cranes. Machining is facilitated by a Victor Engine Lathe (28' x 160') and a Breda Radial Arm Drill.
