The company boasts over 50 years of experience, operating from a 3500 sqm covered facility and a 9000 sqm uncovered area, supported by 40 employees. Alioto Group specializes in the supply of equipment for lifting, anchoring, and mooring, alongside the production of slings and lifting sling bars. The group serves diverse sectors including lifting, shipbuilding, naval supplies, general industry, oil & gas, steel, EPC, carpentry, and construction.

Products and Comprehensive Solutions

The company offers an extensive portfolio of products for material handling and safety. This includes a wide array of accessories for lifting, traction, and anchoring, sourced from suppliers meeting high quality standards and recognized norms. Alioto Group designs and manufactures lifting sling bars, available as standard or custom-built, complete with technical documentation and CE conformity certificates. They also produce diverse slings in steel rope, chain, and polyester, tailored to specific client needs and compliant with current regulations. Furthermore, Alioto Group supplies traditional and special steel ropes, including high-capacity, spiral, stainless steel, and non-rotating variants, acting as the authorized Italian reseller for Diepa ropes. Their offerings extend to products for port, offshore, and yachting applications, as well as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workplace safety.

Specialized Services and Quality Assurance

Alioto Group provides a suite of specialized services, including mechanical and structural overhauls of equipment, utilizing presses ranging from 60 to 3000 tons, and a 1650 kN test bench for class certifications. The company performs periodic checks, revisions, and re-qualifications on client equipment, issuing new certifications where applicable. Technical support is available for identifying optimal solutions and providing post-sale verification. They also offer training courses on lifting accessories and equipment. For rope integrity, non-destructive magneto-inductive testing is conducted on steel ropes from Ø 6 to 65 mm, adhering to EN12927 standards. Alioto Group Srl is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), and holds RINA accreditation, underscoring its commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
