Dema Präzisionsteile GmbH is a globally operating medium-sized company with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing mechanical fasteners. Founded in 1977, the company has established itself as a leading manufacturer of precision parts, operating from a 2500m² production facility in Georgensgemünd since 1996.
The company specializes in three main product ranges: Cylindrical Pins, axles and shafts to drawing specifications, their proprietary DEMA Guide Pin, and Cylindrical and Taper Pins conforming to DIN and ISO standards. The DEMA Guide Pin, introduced in 1986, represents their innovative approach to meeting industry demands, featuring non-cutting processing, parabolic rounded ends for automatic assembly, and environmental-friendly production methods.
Quality management is central to Dema's operations, demonstrated by their multiple certifications including DIN ISO 9001, DIN ISO 14001, DIN ISO IATF 16949, and DIN ISO TS 50001.
