LIKOP, s.r.o., based in Dolní Líštná, Třinec, Czech Republic, was established in 1993 following the privatization of a company with a nearly two-decade legacy in metalworking and metal pressing. As a family-owned Czech enterprise, LIKOP celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023, reflecting a journey of growth and development into a reliable industry partner. Products and Services
LIKOP's core business revolves around precision metalworking, offering a range of products including machined parts, press tools, pressed parts, binding seals, and various packaging solutions. The company represents FROMM packaging systems, underscoring its commitment to comprehensive packaging services. A recent expansion to its production program includes a new steel seal, type 2 126 00, designed for automatic strapping heads. This seal is engineered to be equivalent to the SIGNODE 100M and is compatible with 25mm wide steel straps.
Technological Advancements and Diversification
Demonstrating a forward-thinking approach, LIKOP has undertaken significant investments in automation and digitization. Supported by a grant from the Operational Program Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Competitiveness, the company completed two stages of technological upgrades in 2021 and 2022. These advancements include a Production Monitoring (MES) system, Document Management (WORKFLOW), machinery park monitoring, modernized eccentric presses, Warehouse Management (WMS), industrial label printers, barcode readers, and new central warehouse infrastructure. Key equipment additions feature a Mattei screw compressor, a FANUC Alpha-C400iC electroerosive wire cutter, an Equiptop ESG-1224 NC surface grinder, a Fiber MT-FP30 engraving laser, a BCN3D Sigma D25 3D printer, and a Shining 3D EinScan-SP rotary table 3D scanner, alongside updated network and server hardware. Beyond its industrial activities, LIKOP diversified its offerings in 2019 by opening a distribution center and wine shop at its headquarters, providing a selection of wines from Znovín Znojmo, a.s. and Vinné sklepy Lechovice, spol. s.r.o.
