In the automotive sector, which represents 40% of sales, CIMA operates across 18,000 sqm divided between 2 plants, utilizing over 250 machines including a 1500T press, transfer press, and automatic welding systems. Notably, since 2003, they have been the exclusive supplier of Titanium springs for Ferrari. The company works with various materials including ferrous materials, copper, brass, Inconel, and Titanium, producing compression springs, shaped springs, torsion springs, and fasteners.
The household appliances division accounts for 50% of sales, operating across 21,000 sqm in 3 plants. With a production capacity exceeding 70 million pieces annually, CIMA is a world leader in washing machine suspension systems. Their patented shock absorber Rod Suspension (2018) has established them as the primary supplier for top-loading washing machine manufacturers. The product range includes suspension springs with patented SH wires (2-4mm diameter) and various shock absorbers rated from 60 to 140N.
