Jousiteos Oy is a Finnish spring manufacturing company with 40 years of operational history, embodying the values of a family business. With a cumulative experience of 165 years in spring manufacturing, the company has successfully delivered over 35,000 orders, processing thousands of kilometers and several tons of wire annually.

The company specializes in manufacturing custom-made springs according to customer specifications, drawings, and DIN standards. Their comprehensive product range includes pressure springs, bend parts, disc springs, extension springs, die springs, and torsion springs, with wire thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 32mm. They work with various materials including galvanized, stainless, acid-proof, and spring steel wire, sourced from industry-leading suppliers.

Jousiteos maintains high-quality standards through an ISO 9001 certified quality-control system and ISO 14001 environmental management. They utilize optical devices for product monitoring during and after production, and employ IST's spring calculator software for precise force and service life calculations.

The company operates from two locations in Finland: Tuusula and Hirvensalmi. Their state-of-the-art CNC machines enable them to handle both small prototype batches and large-scale production runs of several million pieces, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent quality.
