SACH s.r.o. (formerly Josef Volšický – SACH) has been a specialist in spring manufacturing since its establishment in 1993. Initially operating from a modest 18 m² production area in Louňovice pod Blaníkem, the company has grown significantly. By 2001, it achieved ISO 9001 certification, marking an early commitment to quality. A pivotal moment in its expansion was the completion of a new, modern 4,700 m² production hall in Vlašim. The company further enhanced its capabilities by launching its own heat treatment facility and paint shop. Today, SACH s.r.o. operates with a team of 70 experts, leveraging cutting-edge technology and proven know-how, with M-Invest, a.s. as its 100% owner.

SACH specializes in the high-volume production of springs, shaped parts, and assemblies tailored for both the agriculture and industry sectors. The company offers a wide selection of shapes, materials, and surface finishes, with a strong emphasis on custom manufacturing. Clients can provide a drawing or sample for a precise quote. Technical specifications for materials include flat steel ranging from 5–20 mm x 6–150 mm and squares from 20 x 20 mm to 45 x 45 mm. Beyond manufacturing, SACH provides comprehensive support, including guidance in spring design, assistance with defining parameters, material selection, and suitable surface treatment.
