Germany in the spotlight: Mollificio Bergamasco sets its sights on Blechexpo

Less than two months to go until the opening of Blechexpo, the renowned biennial trade fair dedicated to the sheet metal industry, held in conjunction with Schweisstec. Ahead of the event, we spoke with Letizia Zoia, Sales Manager at the company, to learn more about their goals for this participation.

What products will you showcase at Blechexpo?

“We’ll bring a representative selection from our catalog, including welded contacts, stamped and bent parts, assemblies, and precision springs. There won’t be specific product launches at this edition, but our goal is to increase brand awareness for Mollificio Bergamasco, highlighting our innovation capability, production quality, and the versatility of our solutions.”

How important is the German market for your business?

“The German market accounts for a significant share of our turnover, the result of a well-established presence over the past few years. At the same time, we have a strong international outlook: we export worldwide and work with global players across various metalworking sectors. Participating in Blechexpo allows us to strengthen existing relationships and seize new business opportunities.”

Who will be present at your booth?

“Our sales team, management, technical-production staff, and purchasing department will all be present throughout the fair. This is a strategic decision: we want to offer visitors a comprehensive point of contact. This will be our fourth time participating, and we consider it a key event on our trade fair calendar.”

What are your expectations for Blechexpo/Schweisstec?

“We see it as one of the leading European trade shows—not only for direct engagement with key industry players but also for gathering market insights and tracking future trends. These elements are vital for our strategic planning.”

What are your goals for the event?

“We aim to promote our products, strengthen our position in key markets, and open the door to new international relationships. In our industry, trade fairs are not the only customer acquisition channel, but they are still an important platform for networking and long-term business development.”

Have you already scheduled meetings at the fair?

“Yes, we already have several appointments lined up with current and potential clients—proof of the interest in our expertise and solutions.”
