Resistance Welding Department

The manual spot welding capabilities include two CEA PPN 15 pneumatic welders, a C model, a CEA PPN 50, and a CEA PPN 100. For specialized applications, the department also operates a CEA SRT 10 and a CEA CT 12 head welders. In terms of semi-automatic solutions, the company utilizes a SAR 1200 machine for panel production and an ISA 3D machine specifically designed for pre-cut panels, offering precision and speed in larger scale operations.
MIG/MAG and TIG Welding Services

For enhanced productivity and consistency, the semi-automatic lineup includes an OTC MIG/MAG welding robot featuring a double rotating table. CNC Bending and Wire Processing
A key strength of CO.NU.GR.AN. lies in its CNC bending capabilities, enabling the creation of complex wire components. The company can automatically bend metal wire and stainless steel ranging from 1mm to 8mm in diameter. Thanks to the versatility of its bending machines, CO.NU.GR.AN. can produce intricate shapes and complex parts as a 'single piece,' directly from the coil. This process allows for the efficient manufacturing of finished products, such as wire baskets for large-scale distribution, directly 'on board machine,' minimizing intermediate steps and optimizing lead times.
