This mesh is crafted from bright drawn mild steel, featuring welds at each intersection to ensure structural integrity, strength, and a lightweight profile. The company provides various sizes, configurations, and gauges to meet specific application requirements and also stocks standard wire mesh sheets for immediate needs.
The company excels in fabricated custom guarding solutions, including conveyor guard mesh, custom bottom guards for overhead conveyor systems (often hot-dip galvanized), and custom-formed pinch point guards, which are typically powder-coated and stenciled. Delta Fencing represents the company's security fencing solution, designed to be virtually impossible to climb, making it suitable for security applications, pool enclosures, and playgrounds. This fencing boasts a rigid, solid-steel construction, utilizing resistance welding of .375 diameter vertical rods between four sets of .331 diameter horizontal rods. Combined with heavy-duty posts and brackets, it offers a robust and aesthetically pleasing barrier. All products benefit from in-house powder coating services, utilizing electrostatically applied polyester powder coating in a wide array of colors for enhanced durability, scratch resistance, and impact resistance.
