For agriculture, J&L Wire produces Boss Hog Extra®, a long-lasting woven wire mesh flooring for hog production. Made from in-house drawn, proprietary galvanized steel wire, it exhibits exceptional durability, lasting over 15 times longer than standard floors in aggressive salt spray tests (ASTM B117). The product's open woven pattern facilitates easy cleanup. An innovative self-supported version integrates structural supports directly into the flooring, simplifying installation, with strength tested to ANSI MH26.2 standards.
The company also supplies Pre-Straightened & Cut Wire in bright and galvanized finishes, ranging from .148' to .312' in diameter and cut to lengths up to ten feet, with high tensile strengths for applications like wire rope and industrial cables. Additionally, J&L Wire offers galvanized steel Pallet Supports, in double-flanged and top-hat styles, which enhance the stability and safety of pallet rack systems by securing pallets and adding rigidity.
