A pivotal moment occurred in 1992 when 'Heppenstall Italia' merged 50% with Lario Impianti, an Italian company founded in 1980 by Armando Friburghi in Olginate, Lecco, specializing in handling systems. The merger was completed in 2010, officially forming Heppenstall Europe in 2018, combining over a century of American innovation with more than 40 years of Italian expertise.
