The technology partners Traxit Wire Lubrication, a brand of Klüber Lubrication, Maschinenfabrik NIEHOFF GmbH & Co. KG, and EJP WIRE Technology GmbH present a world first for the global wire industry: a completely oil-free and VOC-free corrosion protection system that is applied inline directly after the wire drawing process.
The new process creates a stable, homogeneous protective film that reduces additional process steps, lowers packaging requirements, and ensures consistently high surface quality.
