b+s group at EuroBLECH 2026: machines and lines for the coil processing industry

We are taking this opportunity to welcome the b+s group to Expometals.net. With its online stand, the group is introducing itself to the international metalworking community, and kicking off its presence with a trade fair highlight: EuroBLECH 2026.
The b+s group in Hall 16 at Stand G19
EuroBLECH, the international technology trade fair for sheet metal working, takes place in Hanover from October 20 to 23, 2026. The b+s group is exhibiting in Hall 16 at Stand G19, where it will showcase the expertise of its three brands: BURGHARDT+SCHMIDT, SCHNUTZ and b+s AUTOMATION.
The group exhibits at EuroBLECH on a regular basis, most recently in 2024. This year, the sales team as well as the managing directors of Burghardt+Schmidt and Schnutz, both junior and senior, will be available at the stand for talks. Above all, the b+s group hopes to make new contacts at the show.
New: stretch-bend-leveling line for thin and ultra-thin strip
The b+s group is putting a special focus on its “Ultra-Thin” stretch-bend-leveling line for thin and ultra-thin strip thicknesses, starting at around 0.01 mm depending on the configuration. The process combines targeted bending stress with a defined tensile force: the strip is plastically flattened beyond its yield strength, and internal stresses are relieved. The line is particularly suited to high-strength and ultra-high-strength steels, stainless steel, spring steel strip, special alloys and non-ferrous metals. A recipe-based servo control ensures reproducible results and fast changeovers. Further information on the b+s stretch-bend-leveling lines is also available here on Expometals.net.
Three brands, one portfolio for coil processing
The b+s group’s offering comprehensively covers the processing of metal strip: slitting and cut-to-length lines, stretch-bend-leveling lines, multi-blanking lines, leveling machines, traverse winders and packaging lines, complemented by automation, service, and conversion and retrofit of existing lines.
Three specialized companies work together under the b+s group umbrella. BURGHARDT+SCHMIDT, based in Remchingen, is a world market leader in stretch-bend-leveling lines. SCHNUTZ, based in Siegen, invented the sheet leveling machine in 1882 and is today a leading manufacturer of levelers. For automation and control systems in coil processing lines, b+s AUTOMATION, based in Duisburg, is the group’s dedicated specialist. Together, the three companies draw on more than 180 years of engineering experience.
