b+s packaging lines are designed for the automated packaging of slit strips and blanks. Used in combination with slitting lines and cut-to-length lines, they protect finished products during transport, storage and handling.
The systems can include gentle, contactless material transport, automated binding through the coil eye, weighing stations for individual rings and complete packages, and fully automatic binding units for stacked packs. Intelligent stacking and sorting management supports the handling of different packaging requirements.
b+s develops customized packaging concepts that can be integrated into existing production lines or supplied directly with slitting and cut-to-length systems, creating a coordinated process from strip processing to packaging.
