Novastilmec: coil processing technology across global markets

From Latin America to North America, via Europe: an intensive trade show schedule accompanies the international development of the Italian coil processing specialist.
For companies operating in the metal processing industry, trade shows represent much more than a showcase for technology. They are meeting points where markets, applications, and expertise come together, providing an opportunity to understand manufacturers’ needs and develop new business relationships.
This is the context behind Novastilmec S.p.A.’s 2026 trade show schedule. Founded in 1978, the Italy-based company specializes in the design and manufacture of equipment and complete lines for metal coil processing.
Throughout the year, Novastilmec has strengthened its presence in international markets through a series of events across strategic regions for the industry, from Mexico and the United States to Germany. Alongside its physical presence at international trade shows, the company is also expanding its digital visibility through Expometals, the online platform dedicated to the wire, tube, and metalworking industries.
The Mexican market and the aluminum industry
The first stop on this international journey was Alumexico, held in Mexico from September 8 to 10. Novastilmec took part in the event, exhibiting at the Danieli booth and meeting professionals and companies from the aluminum industry. Its presence in Mexico allowed the company to strengthen existing business relationships in the region while developing new contacts across the broader North American market. Direct interaction with local industry professionals also offered valuable insight into the production requirements of a market where flexibility, automation, and process efficiency are becoming increasingly important.
EuroBLECH: at the heart of Europe’s sheet metal processing industry
In October, the focus will shift to Germany for EuroBLECH 2026, taking place in Hanover from October 20 to 23. The event is one of the leading international trade shows for sheet metalworking and brings together machinery manufacturers, technology suppliers, and end users from markets around the world.
At EuroBLECH Novastilmec is going to showcase its expertise in coil processing and engage directly with international industry professionals. From cut-to-length lines and slitting lines to coil-to-coil solutions, surface treatment and finishing systems, and automated packing equipment, the company develops solutions configured around specific production requirements. The ability to integrate different stages of the processing cycle into a solution tailored to the customer’s needs is one of the key aspects of Novastilmec’s approach.
FABTECH takes Novastilmec to the United States
Only a few hours by plane separate Hanover from another major event for the metalworking industry. From October 21 to 23, Novastilmec will attend FABTECH 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, at the Danieli booth. With a focus on metal forming, fabrication, welding, and finishing, FABTECH is a major meeting point for the North American manufacturing industry, bringing together companies and professionals involved in different stages of metal processing.
Participation in the US event completes a journey that, within just a few weeks, will bring Novastilmec into contact with three different markets, each with its own specific requirements but all sharing a growing demand for efficient, flexible, and integrated production solutions.
Technology and customization at the heart of the dialogue
Behind Novastilmec’s international trade show presence lies almost five decades of experience in the development of coil processing technology. The company designs and manufactures equipment and complete lines for processing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, and high-strength materials, covering multiple stages of the production process: from decoiling and straightening/leveling to longitudinal and transverse cutting, recoiling, surface treatment and finishing, and automated packing.
Each line can be configured according to the material being processed, its thickness, coil dimensions, and the specific production requirements of the end user. This approach means that the focus is not limited to the technology of an individual machine, but extends to the overall production process, including integration, automation and the specific requirements of the customer’s manufacturing operation.
Three trade shows, three markets, one international strategy
Novastilmec’s participation in Alumexico, EuroBLECH, and FABTECH therefore represents more than a series of events on the company’s trade show calendar. From Mexico to Germany and the United States, these events allow engaging with different markets and industry professionals while presenting a technology portfolio focused on coil processing and complete production lines.
Following the Mexican event in September, the autumn schedule will culminate in two of the year’s major industry events, with EuroBLECH in Hanover and FABTECH in Las Vegas taking place within days of each other. For Novastilmec, these events serve as a platform to bring its expertise to international markets, meet customers and partners, and continue gathering insight from the industry to support the ongoing development of its coil processing technologies.
