Novastilmec S.p.A. is an Italy-based manufacturer of coil finishing and processing lines. Since 1978, the company has developed solutions to process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and titanium from coils and plates.

Its product range includes cut-to-length lines, slitting lines, coil-to-coil lines, sheet-to-sheet levellers, processing lines, and automatic packing lines. Novastilmec also manufactures equipment for decoiling, blanking, and press feeding applications.

Engineering, automation and service

Novastilmec combines mechanical engineering with in-house industrial automation. Its automation department develops electrical and electronic solutions such as cabinets, operator control desks, and customized HMI software, with communication protocols to Level 2 and connection to Level 3 company networks. Remote diagnostics, teleservice, Industry 4.0, IoT, and cloud technologies are also integrated into the lines.

The company supports customers throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering and consulting to operator and maintenance training, after-sales services, spare parts, and revamping. Its approach is built around three core principles: quality, reliability, and innovation all over the world.
