Products and Offerings
CTM provides a comprehensive range of stranding and cabling solutions for the wire and cable industry. Their product portfolio includes rigid and planetary stranding machines, capable of handling copper, aluminum, steel wires, and advanced conductors like Milliken/HTLS. These machines are available in various bobbin configurations (e.g., 19 to 127 bobbins) and feature specifications like double wheel capstans up to 2000mm diameter and take-up reel sizes from 1250 to 4100mm. The company also manufactures rigid and planetary armouring machines in numerous bobbin configurations (e.g., 24 to 120 bobbins), Double Twist Group Twinners for data cables, and highly productive Drum Twisters for laying up LT/HT/Arial Bunch Cables, complete with sector correction units. Other key offerings include Rod Break Down Machines with multi-motor drive techniques and quick die change systems, and specialized Taping Machines for various cable types (HT/LT/Telecommunication/Elastomeric) using steel, copper, or PVC paper taping.
