These systems feature polishing heads with belt-opening/closing devices for adjustable working pressure, allowing surface polishing to be interrupted even with the material in the machine. Automation is facilitated by tube loaders and unloaders or coil loading equipment for wire. The number of polishing heads can be customized based on the desired surface finish quality, and the machines can be integrated in-line with forming machines or for wire polishing directly from coils.
