In-line bright annealing systems for steel and titanium pipes

These systems are typically used to increase the corrosion resistance of AISI 300, AISI 400, duplex, super duplex, and titanium pipes for various applications. The cooling process occurs in a hydrogen-controlled atmosphere with integrated gas safety management.

Equipped with an IGBT inverter, a heating section with quartz or sealed box, as well as a pyrometer for temperature control, they enable a fast and precise process, limited energy and gas consumption, and easy machine set-up. The frequency ranges from 10 to 150 kHz with a continuous power output of 100-1000 kW. Both the inductor and the cooling section are assembled on a specific support frame that allows for easy clearing of the mill area.

Furthermore, the touch-screen smart-control desk allows operators to download production data and store blueprints to replicate production results.
