Kalt Manufacturing maintains a robust Quality Assurance (QA) program that is ITAR and DFAR compliant, meeting or exceeding ISO 9000 standards. The company utilizes a state-of-the-art DEA Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with a 56' x 74' x 200' working envelope and a volumetric tolerance of 0.0006, calibrated annually within a controlled atmospheric environment. This is complemented by over 800 pieces of inspection equipment and an Interactive Business Process Manual (BPM) designed to standardize and optimize all business and manufacturing processes. The facility is equipped with an extensive range of machinery, including multiple CNC G & L/Devlieg boring mills, vertical machining centers, CNC turning centers, and various grinders, ensuring high precision and efficiency in all projects.
