POLYTEC INDUSTRIAL is a leading manufacturer of technical polyurethane parts, coatings, and machinery systems. The company consists of three specialized entities: Polytec Elastoform GmbH, Polytec Thelen GmbH, and Polytec EMC Engineering, creating unique synergies in the polyurethane industry.

With over 35 years of experience, the company has developed extensive expertise in polyurethane processing and formulation. They maintain a portfolio of over 150 polyurethane formulations marketed under the brands TECTHAN and THELAN, enabling them to serve diverse industrial applications ranging from construction and processing technology to steel industry and special vehicle manufacturing.

The company's manufacturing capabilities include both hot and cold casting processes as well as spray systems, with component weights ranging from 2g to 1,600kg. Their production facilities are located in Marchtrenk, Austria (6,500 square meters) and Bochum, Germany (6,000 square meters).

Through their EMC Engineering division, they also design and manufacture casting and dosing systems for reactive plastics, silicone, resins, and adhesives.
