Company Overview and Heritage
EJP TOSCA, a leading manufacturer of shot blasting machines and dust suction systems, boasts a rich history spanning over 50 years. The company's origins trace back to 1967 with the founding of Tosca Srl in Canegrate, Italy, by Lanfranco Scacco and Bruno Tonin. In 1981, EJP Maschinen GmbH was established in Aachen, Germany, by Eleftherios Paraskevas. A strategic cooperation began in 1982, culminating in the integrated entity now known as EJP TOSCA Strahlanlagen GmbH. Today, the business is managed by the children of the original founders, continuing a legacy of innovation and dedication.
Advanced Shot Blasting Solutions
EJP TOSCA offers a comprehensive and versatile range of shot blasting machines designed for diverse industrial applications. These include models with conveyor belts (rubber and steel) for small to medium-sized items, providing high production at low costs, and continuous drum machines for delicate cast or hot-forged parts. The portfolio extends to hook and monorail systems for handling castings and welded structures, as well as hoist shot blasting machines capable of treating parts up to 20 tons. Specialized solutions include continuous horizontal conveyor belt machines for iron and aluminium, netting conveyors for cement tiles and natural stones, and roller machines for sheet metal, profiles, and tubes. The company also provides advanced machines for coiled wire, continuous wire, and single bars, focusing on mechanical pickling and surface cleaning.
Integrated Dust Management and Custom Engineering
Beyond shot blasting, EJP TOSCA manufactures a complete line of dust suction and elimination systems. These feature cartridge-filters with automatic compressed air cleaning, suitable for applications in foundries, thermal treatments, forging, and various cutting operations. With air capacities ranging from 750 m³/hr to 30,000 m³/hr, these systems ensure a clean working environment. The company's in-house capabilities include carpentry, machine tool departments, and extensive assembly areas, allowing for the design and manufacture of custom 'SPECIAL' installations tailored to specific client needs. EJP TOSCA utilizes high manganese, chromium, and molybdenum alloy steels for critical components, ensuring durability and wear resistance.
