EJP Maschinen explores opportunities across 3 continents at recent trade fairs

EJP Maschinen is back from a series of international trade show appearances, attending Fabtech Monterrey (Mexico), Metalflow (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia), and Interwire (Atlanta, USA). Each event offered unique insights into regional market trends and opportunities for growth in the wire, tube, and metalworking sectors.
Expanding insights in Monterrey
At Fabtech Monterrey, EJP Maschinen was hosted on the booth of a local partner, aiming to explore potential collaboration and assess regional interest in its machinery, particularly in steel tube production and shot-blasting technology. While the fair wasn't directly aligned with EJP’s full portfolio, the team gained valuable input on the local industrial landscape. Overall, the producers in Mexico are currently at the window to see the development of American policies before planning any new investment. Anyway, the economy keeps going and the show had a good turnout of visitors. The outlook for the metalworking market is positive due to proximity and connections to a huge market like the USA, which seems in good health.
Promising prospects in Riyadh
Metalflow in Riyadh marked a key entry point into the Saudi market. Despite being co-located with a broader construction fair, the event attracted relatively meaningful traffic. While impressions of different companies varied greatly, EJP reconnected successfully with existing contacts and identified several promising leads. It’s a market worth following up with in-person visits.
Exceeded expectations in Atlanta
Compared to the experience in the past years, the show’s high level of technical presentation and wire machinery displays reinforced its role as a flagship industry event. The team noted a trend in the U.S. market: an increasing share of business is shifting towards spare parts and replacement solutions, suggesting a more mature, maintenance-focused customer base.
Looking ahead
From Latin America to the Middle East and North America, EJP Maschinen’s recent trade show circuit reaffirms the importance of regional strategy and adaptability. While some events served as strategic reconnaissance, others delivered actionable leads that the company is now actively pursuing.
