EJP Maschinen GmbH at Fabtech Mexico: focus on special tubes machinery

EJP Maschinen GmbH will be exhibiting at Fabtech Mexico, taking place at Cintermex Monterrey from May 6 to 8. At the PIECSA booth #1430, the company will showcase its latest developments in bar and tube processing, including a complete drawing and straightening line tailored for copper and brass applications.

A new bar and tube drawing system for Mexico is under assembly. It comprises of a chain draw bench for bars and tubes (200 kN drawing force) handling equipment, a 2-roll-straightener for bars, a 10-roll-straightener for tubes and a chamfering machine to cover the complete working range from 1⁄2 " – 2" (12,7 – 50,8 mm).

The complete system will go to a major Mexican producer of copper and brass products. The footprint of this equipment will be about 50 m x 10 m.
