EJP’s 2-roll straightening line

In December 2023, EJP supplied a black bar 2-roll straightener with a straightening force of 360 metric tons to Spain. This machine is ideal for stainless steel bar straightening. The machine is suitable for straightening round bars in the working range from 30-130 mm.

The line includes a heavy-duty loading table, which can hold up to 10,000 kg of material, an automatic bar separation system, an entry trough, an entry pinch, a 2-roll straightener, an exit pinch roll, an exit trough, and a bar collecting table. In addition to that, the machine was built in a way that a straightness measurement system can be easily integrated in the future. In order to keep the straightening lubricant clean and to provide easy maintenance, the machine is equipped with a sludge conveyor, which continuously removes the scale from the emulsion
settling tank.

EJP’s combined drawing machine

The company has recently supplied a combined drawing line to Mexico with a capacity of a 10-ton pulling force. The line is suitable for drawing rounds from 8 to 25 mm and equivalent sizes of hexagons and squares. The line includes all the equipment from the double pay-off to the delivery table, completing the EJP TOSCA shot-blasting machine. Particular care has been taken in the design of the machines to reduce downtimes for the set-up and maintenance.

EJP’s testing equipment

Last December, EJP supplied two testing lines to a Spanish producer of stainless steel for round and hexagon bars. Both lines are intended to upgrade existing combined drawing lines. The testing and inspection lines both consist of one high-precision test bench, one chamfering and milling machine, as well as all the related handling equipment such as belt conveyors and collecting pockets.
