EJP Maschinen and its subsidiary EJP WIRE Technology will exhibit at wire Southeast Asia for the second consecutive edition. Visitors are welcome at booth J08, located at the BITEC Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, Thailand.

On-site expertise and consultation

Company representative Marvin Potschien and local partner Bernard Jubre will be on hand to present the latest plant technologies. They will also be available to discuss retrofit solutions for existing production lines.

Advanced line for high-precision bright steel

EJP Maschinen is currently assembling a complete peeling, straightening, testing, and chamfering line. This fully integrated system, designed for stainless steel grades and special alloys in the 10-60 mm range, will be used to produce high-precision bright steel. Once the system has been completely assembled, a preliminary acceptance test will take place in the presence of the customer, after which it will be shipped.

New hot coating technology at EJP WIRE Technology

A newly developed hot coating system for larger profile dimensions is currently being installed at EJP WIRE Technology. The system features automated concentration measurement of the coating agent and a newly implemented drying process for improved efficiency and consistency.
