Niehoff looks back on two successful events
NIEHOFF looks back on two successful events: the wire 2016 trade fair and the in-house exhibition following the wire.
At wire 2016 a large NIEHOFF team from the headquarters, the subsidiaries and representative companies welcomed numerous visitors from wire and cable manufacturers coming from all over the world. NIEHOFF’s two-level booth spanning a total area of 650 m² was one of the largest booths at the wire exhibition, which this time in terms of net exhibition area could report a new record value in Düsseldorf's long success story. On display at the NIEHOFF booth was the new rod breakdown machine type MSM 86 offering the customers benefits like improved wire quality and a higher energy efficiency, and – finally most important – notable cost savings. To achieve even more of them with NIEHOFF systems the company's portfolio includes wear and spare parts with the “NIEHOFF Original+“ label, also presented at the wire. So, central topics of the discussions at the booth were energy and materials efficiency as well as how to reduce manufacturing costs. NIEHOFF could prove that its innovative and custom-made solutions are the answer to these requirements. No wonder the booth was well-attended.
Arnd Kulaczewski, President/CEO of NIEHOFF, summarized: "We came to Düsseldorf convinced that the wire 2016 would be a great success again – and we were rewarded for all our efforts." Before wire in Düsseldorf the delegates from the NIEHOFF subsidiaries and the representative and partner companies came together with members of the headquarter staff at the „Agents’ Meeting”. This meeting is held regularly before the trade fair to update all representatives comprehensively regarding NIEHOFF technology, the latest developments and worldwide market trends.
The second very successful event was NIEHOFF’s in-house exhibition at the headquarters in Schwabach with more than 150 visitors from Europe and overseas, e.g. from India, China, and the Middle East. The absolute highlight of this exhibition was the multiwire drawing line type MMH 112. This machine represents the latest state of development of NIEHOFF’s new generation multiwire drawing machines, which is now going to extensive field testing.
NIEHOFF would like to thank all customers, visitors, suppliers and partners for their visit to the booth during the wire show and to the in-house exhibition, and also looks forward to seeing them all again next time in Düsseldorf.
