While the company is currently undergoing a process of liquidation ('v likvidaciji'), it remains a Slovenian subsidiary of the AICHELIN Group, which is expanding its capacities with a new assembly center located adjacent to Bosio's facilities, signaling a continued strategic role within the group's European operations.
